The job is extremely stressful, year round. Many days I don’t get the opportunity to eat lunch due to constant phone and zoom calls and trying to grind out work between them. Very easy to get burned out quickly. Despite constantly bringing up to my boss, I’m (and most of my colleagues) consistently working 60 plus hour weeks and they will not give additional help to teams that desperately need it. Turnover is crazy and I figure that is why. I have been here for a long time and have never seen the state of the company like this. People are constantly leaving, I am sure for somewhere with better pay and a realistic work load.
Sales is so highly prioritized and favored. They receive endless perks, trips, gifts and much more. Other departments that highly support sales (implementation, product, marketing, service, etc) do not receive the attention or perks they do and it’s a big culture problem.
Don’t expect flexibility even though it’s remote. I kinda wish we were back in the office when we had the opportunity to go to lunch.
