I went to the store and gave them my name and number I was told to fill out an online application and call the store back , once the manager saw my application she called me back for an interview , I had two interviews the second at another location and then the drug test. Interview process was fairly easy. The management and associates are very nice. , try to make you as comfortable as possible, the discount is great if you like shopping there 30% off pays weekly , good benefits
Cons
To much pressure to be a pushy sales man , it's really annoying to have to push customers to buy more or get this and that. Everything usually falls on the employees if the store isn't doing well in sales . Another thing is they don't have slot of payroll so usually there's only one person there to save money for the company which is sad
