Where do I begin? tons of shifts for full timers but the workload is insane for one person. you are expected to Open and close the store, train staff, Do bank deposits , Open shipments , Tag an entire store , each box individually and if you don't move fast enough and Customer service at the same time? then you are degraded by Management. Constantly hassled to make insane sales goals and units per transaction. A customer leaves the store and comes back? that drops your conversion and you get yelled at. Don't greet every single customer that enters the store in busy days? you get yelled at. go to lunch and leave the store? you get yelled at. Have a day off and the management needs you to come in? you better answer your phone or else you are threatened .
