Pros
The only positive I can think of was that you are allowed to leave and take a smoke break and not clock out.
Cons
You will work most shifts alone, and be expected to unpack shipment, put out the shipment, and help/check customers! It's impossible to complete all of that in a 6-7 hour shift alone! The pay is literally about 10¢ above minimum wage even though you are required to do at least 2 employees worth of work alone. If you don't finish all the shipment or get on customer complaint because you "took too long to get to the register to help them check out" they want to reprimand you and write you up! On Easter I did 8000 in sales there alone in one shift and had zero customer complaints, but I was not rewarded in any way! Not verbally, not with a bonus, nothing! The management and big dogs care about only themselves. Oh and I was expected to come in at 4:30a.m. to assist in audits and didn't leave till 5p.m. I was not give a bonus I wasn't even paid over minimum wage for coming and helping with that when it was not in an associates job description to help with the store audits in any way. That was for the store manager, assistant manager, and district manager!
