The people that runs this company are basically selfish. Its all about them and they hire people to use and make profit out of them. There are no benefits. I worked for the company for about 9yrs with not promotion even though I asked for promotion. The manager is very Lazy and does a lousy job. She spent most of time in the backroom talking on the phone with her friend and family while the Sales Associate are busy working like a slave. Slavery job, no growth or room for advancement. My paycheck normally range between $230 and $ 260 each week depending on how many hours you worked. Payroll is always low even though the company makes a profit of $1million dollar per year, that is just "Profit Only" which goes to the top management and CEOs account as a bonus and the employees that worked so hard for the company to make profit are only getting a $5 gift card to be spent back to the company by buying their low quality product. I basically struggle to make end meet. Sometimes I have to use my credit card to buy food in other to survive. Not a good company that cares about their employees. Their cash register is outdated, probably from the 90s. Price scanner and printer are replace every other week because the company is so cheap, they care about themselves. Too many Cons not enough Pros! After I left, I heard that the company will be filing for bankruptcy.
