Pros
If you're just an associate, it's not a bad place to work at. You will always work a little under 40 hours so that you're never really a full timer. The customers are nice and the return policy is good, so you don't have to argue with customers. Pay as an associate is around $8.00/hr, I've been working there 11 months and have not received a raise so far.
Cons
If you become an assistant manager your life is over. You will work 12 hours shifts sometimes 5-6 days in a row. If there's no one to relieve you tough luck, you can't take a break. Managers don't care about your schedule, they will ignore your requests for days off. You will take care of shipments, on Wednesday-Friday. Basically unbox all the shoes, clean them, put them on the shelf according to the rack plan, fill holes in the racks and organize accessories.
