Payless Shoe Source is overwhelming their associate, and managers with way too many ideas for increasing sales!!! Conversion, upt's, dpt's, "The Costomer Journey", C-sat scores (what a joke), the upt script, taking the "box" out of the customers hand, the stickers, measuring feet, Labor Scheduling, Rack rep, tagging, audits, paperworkpaperworkpaperwork, and that stupid Smiles Book.......every little box/line must be filled out completely!!! Hey DM's, DOR's, Vice Pres, Pres, Listen Up! I've got an idea........Let's pay our Managers and associate a little bit higher wages and maybe we can get some people who really want to work for Payless! Good quality, responsible people require a little bit more money. But, they require less coachings, follow ups, training, etc. Please, please, please.................if you want us to focus on the customer...CUT OUT ALL THE TASKING! (or, I guess you could give us more payroll......every store should have a shipment processor) The Customer Service Focus is great! Just cool it with trying to make it better! You throwing too much at us way too fast! Associate are so worried about the c-sats, labor scheduling, shipment processing that it's taking time away from the customers.
