Payless used to be a great place to work at. i really felt like work were my second family and payless my second home! Now, i just feel like they look at us as numbers. i know im not the only one that thinks like that, but i don't think that the company realizes that their employees are so unhappy. Csat score are going down the hill, but thats because we are not happy. how r we supposed to deliver great shopping experience to our customers when we hate our jobs.
