were do i starts, I guess the double standards are the worst. I am not with payless any longer and for the reason that I was terminated was a joke. The reason I feel it was a joke is that the reason i was let go was for allowing another associate to know my reg number. But here is the thing I know for a fact that this went on a long time before I started with the company at other stores but now all of a sudden they are terminating me over the same rule that has been violated over and over again by senior management wow. So that is the double standard part and for a fact I know that it still goes on to this day but hey things happen for a reason and I am in a better place now. This company defiantly doesn't care about its employees, they only care about themselves and the dollar signs that all of us bust our asses to get them. At this job I put in 50 plus hours a week at my new job it is mandatory to work 40 and that's it. I used to like working for this company until this crap happened, and because I was never written up the two plus years I was there and I ran a good store which produced fantastic numbers. There is also to much focus on CSAT as associates and management are losing their jobs over this, come on payless you know that the only time a customer calls in is if they are in a bad mood or have a bad exp. but it doesn't matter to you I am guessing. As for the good number that CSATs result, these are called in by your hourly and management staff because they don't wanna loose their jobs. Maybe you Matt R. should go undercover and do the jobs you ask us to do and see what you need to do to FIX your failures. These employees do amazing jobs but yet get no recognition for it and if you think bonus bucks do it, that is a joke. But anyway thank you for giving me time to really get to know how this company operates as I will pass the word to as many people as I can. Oh and thank you for the termination I am in a much better place now.
