Cons
Terrible pay, terrible raises, no recognition for a job well done, absolutely too much tagging,and de-tagging the same shoes over and over and over and over and over again in one week. Too much inventory in the stores and no place to put it and yet you are at fault for not having them on your racks. Takes a long time to advance on hard work alone but if you kiss the right buttocks you can move up faster. Green and red check marks and smiley faces and clickers oh my. The coaching is ridiculous and out of hand. I feel like a kindergartner. And most managers do not do it because guess what, there is too much other stuff to do. They want a lot out of you while you are there and they give you low pay and no recognition for doing as best you can.
