Pros
The speed and amount of information that is available through the corporate intranet, corporate's ability to allow employees take "ownership" of the business and make sound decisions to make the customer happy.
Cons
No raise for 4 Years, not a lot of payroll therefore having to work alone and attempt to balance task and customer service. Service awards that were normally given to employees for years of service were taken away, Holiday pay taken away from part time employees.
