Pros
discounts are wonderful hours aren't all that bad, unless you have to work open to close mostly a good working environment
Cons
Okay, the lunch breaks, or lack there of, when they say 'on duty' break it means you have to be on the floor and working with customers, if there is a single person in your store all day long, you don't eat, instead you get paid for that half hour lunch break. It's awful, especially if you work alone for six, seven hours at a time. The demands placed on employees is ridiculous, management expects their part-timers to be two people at once. The focus on selling and numbers, CSAT, DPTs, UPTs, Conversion, its insane. There's always the threat looming overhead that you will lose your job if you don't get the numbers they want, while you maintain the store to their required level, get shipments cleaned, tagged and out, take care of paper work, wait on each customer individually, and generally run yourself ragged trying to be two or three people at once and in two or three places at once.
