Very demanding, between all the tasks and having to do excellent customer service with one person maybe two everyday is not very realistic. I feel the /'higher ups" are very unrealistic with their expections and goals for certain stores. one size DOES NOT fit all stores. they say they look at the the stores differently based by traffic flow, area, and competiton stores but if they did we wouldnt have half the of the workload problems we do now. the need to go back to the drawing board and figure out how we can get the work done right without killing oursselves in the process.
