disorganized when it comes to training LOW pay compared to other retailers unfair when it comes to promotions (i.e., people with worse numbers get promoted while the ones with better numbers get written up/fired) the customer journey is stupid and chases customers out of the store rude customers that tell you to get out of their face because you have to get every "critical action" out to them role playing at meetings
