Pros
You get very close with the people you work with and its not a hard job at all. It draws you in and it's hard to leave!
Cons
The pay is awful, you hardly get raises, and you're expected to go above and beyond to reach sales goals which isn't even worth what you get paid. You start out at minimum wage unless you have retail experience then it goes up by 35 cents. Assistants and managers do not get paid for what they're worth.
