Pros

Not man, this may be one of the most negligent and toxic executive leadership teams i have ever had the displeasure of working for.

Cons

the sad truth is this wasnt always the case. Paylocity used to be a fantastic company with great people and spectacular technology unfortunately. unfortunately the transition from Steve to toby has been reflected with Employees from coast to coast leaving this sinking ship. they will lie about earning potential. they will promise advancements and "organic growth" while they funnel in their friends from the competitors we prided ourselves on not being like.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
