Pros
Great leadership that cares about us and takes care of us. Very "family" feeling company. Compensation is great as well as incentives and since they are growing so fast, there is a lot of room for advancement. Also, the service and products themselves are awesome and constantly being updated based on client feedback (which is amazing!). I have worked at several companies over the years and this is by far my favorite and I intend to stay for many years to come.
Cons
There is not much negative I could say about the company or the staff. But I guess since we are growing so quickly, there is a lot of change that goes along with it. So although I view that as a great thing, that could be a negative for many others. Managers are promoted, products are updated, policies are revised, etc. So, you have to be able to be flexible and adapt.
