Pros

Generous 401k match - 50% of your contribution, up to 8% of your pay. Competitive benefits and commission structure. Work from home (in my personal life, I find this to be a pro and a con for different reasons). Great training program -- trainers are totally committed to being there for you if you ask for the help. In fact, most people here are pretty friendly and helpful. Awesome destination trips for you and your guest if you qualify for President's Club.

Cons

#1) 12-15 hours weekly telemarketing.....fine, if you don't mind that. But if it's not your thing, be forewarned upfront -- there's a lot more expected/needed than they'll ever disclose to you during the interview process. #2) 'Work from home' is pitched from the angle of "work-life balance," but the expectation is really just that you work all day and all night. #3) Manager will want to talk to you about your day multiple times during the day, in addition to 2+ "official" meetings every week, where you'll talk about your week. This gets tiring and time-consuming. #4) The time between close of sale (first payroll run) and commission payment is 3 months (this does not get you off the hook for chargebacks. Chargeback period is an additional 3 months). I share these things only because they were not discussed at all during the interview process (I had 4 interviews). I wish I had asked better questions, and known the good and the bad upfront so I could way those pros and cons against other opportunities on the table.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
