Pros
Working at Paylocity is the perfect balance of fun, excitement, and challenge. It really feels like the Google of the Payroll world. It's an amazing feeling to get up in the morning and be excited to start working. Some of the perks include: -Work from home flexibility *(Though, I know this varies by department.) -Casual dress code -Really nice office space -Free snacks in the lunch rooms -Great health benefits -Lots of employee events -Work/Life balance
Cons
Everything here is really awesome. The only thing I could slightly pick at would be that the PTO offering is a little light. Although, when you don't have to use a few days of your PTO on losing the will to go to work that day, it ends up more than balancing out.
