Pros

You can gain some payroll experience.

Cons

Back stabbing, fake, poorly managed departments and company. Customer service is thrown into work with 60+ high maintenance clients and expected to make them all happy. Most times you are set up to fail. Never told how to prioritize your work load plus managers and team leads are too busy to answer your questions. You’re expected to ask your peers for answers but your peers are busy with their own clients. Really do not understand how this company has so many great ratings. I couldn’t be paid enough to work at this place.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
