Hi, and thank you so much for your feedback. We truly appreciate any and all feedback from current and former employees. I am sorry to hear you felt our processes were antiquated. We take great pride in using our own products so we can continuously make them better for our employees and clients. You also mentioned leadership development as an area of focus. Please know we have rolled out an extensive management training program for leaders at every level of their career, and we are confident this training will provide all of our leaders with a core foundation and additional tools to create, build and maintain our Paylocity culture.
