Pros

Super supportive management and leadership team. I seriously have the best manager anyone could ask for. She is always there, works harder than all of us, and she is extremely personable and empathetic. Very encouraging, looks to develop and strengthen your skills. Always supportive of an employee moving forward to another role when it is time. My team is also fabulous and I have yet to meet a lazy person here. Everyone is collaborative and wants to help out. Benefits are also amazing!! Best I've ever seen.

Cons

-The salary/workload ratio is my biggest issue. They have a bad habit of adding extra responsibilities to a role without increasing your pay for it. The learning experience is always a plus, but at a certain point you start to get overwhelmed. Sometimes you even start to lose motivation. This is not just my particular department. I've heard these same sentiments expressed by people who aren't even on my team. Most of us are overwhelmed and underpaid. (Not a good combination) There is opportunity to move around/grow but not during peak/busy times. You're just stuck in the hard times until things "maybe" die down. Many people like to pretend that pay is not the most important part of a role, but when you're struggling to pay your bills, it makes a huge difference. Most people live in a two income household. I do not. It makes a difference for me. -Working from home inconsistencies- Most people in my pay grade/position level get to WFH at least once a week, but there are a small group of us who don't. It's very frustrating to see people in a similar and even less demanding role than mine get the privilege to do it at least once a week. It's such a small thing that would make my life a lot easier easier, and I can't even get a straight answer why I don't have permission to. It would certainly increase my productivity levels and cut down on work related distractions that come up while I'm in the office. It's borderline insulting that I'm not trusted with this privilege while my direct reports are. I've been asking for this for over a year.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
