Territories keep getting cut while quota and expectations keep increasing. All that I and most good sales people could live with, however the massive amounts of micro managing, recording calls during telemarketing sessions, repetitive rapports and spreadsheets not so much. Don’t let them fool you with with trickery talking about “our top reps last year made a million bucks” although it is true, it is virtually impossible as a newcomer because of the way holdouts and territories work.
