Pros

Please don’t be fooled into thinking you’ll be entering this awesome experience the way they persuade you to believe. In all honesty, you will join this company and receive sporadic unorganized training and be ill prepared with absolutely no support from your immediate leaders—-mentors, team leads, managers—absolutely no help. You’ll be reprimanded and severely talked down to like you’re less than a person for any mistake immediately into joining your team. The manager will lie and say that it takes up to 6 months to a year to be where you need to be but in the same breath hold you fully accountable for any shortcomings literally a few days and less than a month in entering the team. You’ll work at minimum 60 hours a week and be bombarded with complicated accounts and no support. I’ve never seen an organization mistreat people so badly in their first few weeks of working there with zero empathy or support. In addition, once you begin working you’ll discover a number of things that your recruiter does not disclose. It’s two job contingent tests, not one. You won’t receive the salary you were initially promised and in addition the bonus is not set up the way it is explained during the recruitment process amongst other things. While the company may be what it is really boasted about in their videos to some people, the department I was apart of is the exact opposite. It’s disorganized with an unfair workload with a high turnover rate. Even in speaking to the seasoned members, they are overworked and work excessive unpaid hours. Their solution to resolve this is by hiring a ton of new people but their flaw is the lack of training. Once you begin with the team, their is another set of NEST training which is beyond disorganized. You’re told it’s mandatory training, yet the trainers themselves do not set up the training classes so it’s more to add to the lack of training and lack of support they fail to give you. And seeking support, whether it is from Human Resources or any other form of upper management will not fare well for you because they don’t care or genuinely support your feelings. They sadly do not give people tools to succeed. The way some people are treated is deplorable. I even went to Human Resources for support regarding the ill treatment I received and they did nothing to help me. This is not the right company to leave your stability for.

Cons

The excessive hours. The condescending micromanagement from the team lead and mentor. Zero support and laughable training. Toxic management and disorganization.

Pros

Great benefits; 90% of the ppl that worked there were the best and really did great work.

Cons

Made employees choose between having MLK Day off or Juneteenth- both which are federally recognized holidays. Excuse was that our customers are open on those days so we need to be open. So as a company, we had to pick which would be a paid holiday and everyone chose Juneteenth because it was in the summer. I think we got a floating holiday to use for any other holiday we wanted off that wasn’t recognized by the company. As you can imagine, this racism was prevalent in management/leadership. My team was the most diverse team and we all got restructured/laid off. There’s a lot of ego and control issues in this company, especially in Talent Acquisition.
