Management is not trained well. Nepotism runs rampant. Homophobia, sexism, and racism abound. The company does make attempts at diversity as a company, but ultimately decisions are made by individuals. Black women of color, Latinx, and Muslim communities are severely underrepresented. Gays are promoted only by the few women in power.
