Pay Not Good - Sales Paylocity Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and sorry that we weren’t the right fit for you – but at least it wasn’t all bad and you enjoyed some parts of your experience with us. Our goal for our sales organization is to set everyone up for success, give them the tools, support, training, everything necessary to grow their book of business. Even our compensation plans are designed to both support newer reps as they build their book of business and as well as allowing for the type of earning potential that sales reps look for. We’ll keep listening to our employees, asking for feedback, and work to get better. That’s always been our approach and this type of feedback only serves to reinforce how important that continues to be.
