Pros

Work from home opportunities depending on your department and position.

Cons

The leadership of this company is a joke! Favoritism all the way - no doubt. If one of them doesn’t like you they will figure out how to get rid of you. So many great people have either left or been let go because of leadership’s lack of people skills and competency. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews or you will learn the hard way if you choose to work there. The worst reviews are the best reviews when trying to understand the culture. It USED to be a great place to work. But with the people in positions of power not caring about their employees, it certainly is no longer a great place to work. Avoid this place like COVID and stay away! Masks and gloves will not protect you from the awful leadership and culture. It’s toxic and it will kill you career. STAY AWAY!!!

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
