Doesn't Care About COVID - Account Manager Paylocity Employee Review

When I first reached out to Paylocity, I was very excited. I had read online how well they treat their employees, and the culture seemed great. However, they absolutely do not seem to care about COVID. All training is in person, even with COVID cases sky rocketing in Florida. Someone in my training class got COVID last week, and because they had all of us in one room, all of us are now being told we were exposed. Paylocity's fix is to send us all home for 2 weeks, but then we are expected to return into a room with people that could infect us. On top of this, they are demanding that even more employees return to the office in a little over a month. They can't control the spread with a single group of people, most people outside of training are currently working from home, but they want to bring even more people in? When asked if people are only being allowed back if they are vaccinated, leadership said no because the vaccine is a "personal choice". Further showing they just don't care about the health of their employees. The company might be nice, but with them not caring about the health of their employees, I couldn't recommend Paylocity to anyone.
