Pros
Paylocity makes you feel like they appreciate you. They give back to their employees in a good way as far as events, give back, etc. There is a fulfilling amount of positive spirit and appreciation towards the staff that makes the atmosphere enjoyable to work at. Additionally, the company is growing at a rapid pace and the opportunity for growth and promotion is promising.
Cons
The main con of working at Paylocity is the workload. This may be due to a transition phase of growth but it seems everyone is overworked and there is just not enough time in a day to accommodate all the needs requested from the job. Organization can be dysfunctional at times and this can lead to a stressful daily experience. Rate of pay for the amount of workload is also questionable and has staff question other employment opportunities.
