great teams, managers and trainers are wonderful. staff is very friendly to one another. makes you feel like you are right at home. they care about their employees and their health. offer so much to staff. they really do work hard and play hard!!
Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
