      In NSS, the PROs outweigh the CONS: Casual Dress Liberal environment Not a lot of micro-managing (very independent) Lots of contests to encourage performance Generous bonuses available for those who work hard Good team environment Quarterly outings Ongoing Training (1st and 3rd party) Free donuts 1-2 per week Occasional half days Free coffee/fruit/nuts in the break room

      Cons

      Can be stressful and monotonous at times dealing with frustrating prospective customers

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Cons

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
