      Benefits are good Remote Life

      Cons

      Over worked Management does not care but acts like they do Micromanaging Cult like everybody on the outside loves it but internally they hate working there No internal communication what so ever You do more then you are paid for

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Cons

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
