Pros
Company culture is awesome, work from home was a norm well before the pandemic, culture is very liberal leaning, but liberal topics do not come up in conversation on a day to day basis. Benefits are pretty standard. $1400 fam contrib to EE or $700 single contrib. All the managers I’ve had were hands-off, letting you do your work your way. I think a micro mgmt mind set is rare here. Mgrs are always available when needed. Have 1:1’s w mgmt every 2-4 weeks as the norm.
