      I get to work when I want to and am not pressured to work more than 40 hours a week. My team is also fun to work with

      Cons

      we dont' get much control over what technologies we use and the c suite execs double their salary every year while giving us less than inflation raises

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Cons

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
