      Pros

      I was very torn leaving my old job to come work here, but it has been the best decision I ever made. The leadership here really cares about and listen to their employees. They have the right priorities of balancing service with technology and it allows us to be successful. The company is growing fast which makes for a lot of advancement opportunities which is very important to me. I am so happy I made the choice to come work here.

      Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

      Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

      Teammate relationships during difficult days.

      Cons

      Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
