Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We hear you, and we appreciate the detail and care you put into your feedback. We’re glad to see you highlighted your coworkers; our people truly are what make Paylocity special. We understand that the shift in our in-office policy has been challenging for some. This decision was made thoughtfully, as we believe in-person collaboration strengthens team connections, enhances client experiences, and supports career growth. We also hear your concerns about workload, recognition, and the broader implications of the return-to-office decision. Your ideas around flexibility, hybrid options for AM3 and above, and fully remote roles for certain positions are thoughtful and appreciated. These types of suggestions are the kind of feedback that helps drive internal conversations and informs how we evolve. We remain focused on supporting our teams through this transition and encourage ongoing dialogue. Please continue to share your experiences and ideas with your leader or through the appropriate internal channels. We know our success depends on our people, and your feedback plays an important role in shaping our path forward.

Pros

Work remote. Fantastic leaders, Definitely a place I have enjoyed working.

Cons

Pay is slightly less than competitors but work life balance and culture make up for it.

Pros

Teammate relationships during difficult days.

Cons

Paying out executive bonuses and Sr leaders while mid-level and lower employees had their bonus removed and their stock options taken away. This company is the epitome of making the rich richer while allowing the employees who are busting their bottoms to drown without monetary compensation. It was heartbreaking for me to see my team unable to receive any bonus monies while our executives received millions even though the decision they made resulted in the stock price dropping by over $100.
