Pros
Paylocity is different than all other companies I've worked for. Collaboration, honesty, integrity, and a forward-thinking mentality are all ingrained in the company's culture and it's obvious to both other employees and clients. The benefits are great, pay is fair, and management is smart and approachable. The company is growing very fast, so employees have huge opportunities for growth as well. Work/life balance is great; lots of flexibility to work remotely and take care of personal things too.
Cons
Like others have said, the company is growing very fast, which can be challenging. Growing pains are evident. Some areas in the office can be loud and distracting.
