Pros

I have been absolutely thrilled with my job at Sacred Heart Medical Center. The pay, benefits, and work environment are all phenomenal. The campus is beautiful. My training was thorough and I never felt rushed to start working fully on my own as a new grad nurse. Everyone is so kind. Even the cafeteria food is good.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say. Management and staff are constantly working on ways to improve every little detail of our jobs.
