Pros
There are well intending and immensely intelligent people that work here. Unfortunately there is a sense of continuing poor financial performance, difficultly in retaining and acquiring talent which leads to overworked and unsupported staff from current COO.
Cons
Abusive, unfounded aggressive tactics by PMO leadership that is condoned by HR leadership and/or COO executive staff continues to protect employee(s). Even though the behaviors contradict Mission values and statement. PeaceHealth leadership does not walk the walk.
