      Pros

      I found the "onboarding" process to be well planned and laid out. It was easy to follow. I have enjoyed the friendliness of the fellow caregivers, and my supervisors have been patient in the transition. The management is very approachable and welcoming.

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons up to this point.
