Pros
Good staff to work with. Followed protocols put in place by Joint commission. Good patient care
Cons
Community hospital that Merged with PeaceHealth. Didn't know direction it was going. Had 2 sets of CNO and CEO fired within 2 years of working there. And a 3rd set fired within 3 months of leaving facility. Very chaotic for managers attempting to follow directives when they changed every couple of months.
