Don’t bother - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PeaceHealth Employee Review

Pros

Slightly better pay but not worth it

Cons

Poor/mismanagement. Corporate is more concerned about company optics re: affirmative action/social justice. While these have absolutely can have merit, certain employees will cry wolf and corporate will bow to them. Don’t expect to be treated fairly if you’re straight and white. PH is incredibly top heavy with management so don’t expect a raise either. Upper crust gets free parking and big offices while the rest of us nurses pay for parking, park FAR away or must take the bus. All that matters is truly the bottom line. Production is king!
