Pros
excellent pay, excellent benefits, generous PTO, strive for inclusivity, promote from within, progressive outlook, not-for-profit status. They really seem to take our feedback seriously and do make changes based upon what we say. Best place to work in the county.
Cons
overworked/understaffed; lots of chiefs with not enough indians to do the actual work... (ALTHOUGH, leadership has heard us after our last survey and is now taking steps to hire more people to help us out)
