      Pros

      The NTL in every unit does a check in halfway throughout the shift and checks if there is anybody behind to provide them further support to complete their tasks.

      Cons

      There are a lot of staff who focus too much on work drama/gossip and it can be distracting when there are people who truly care about the overall well being of the patients.
