      * Lots of PTO * Excellent peers and providers * Knowledgeable guidance (have a question, ask a question) * Easy going providers (It's still hard work, but great providers)

      Cons

      * Angry patients, rarely, but it happens * Ear lavages, it's a thing. It's ok.
