      Pros

      Some of the people I worked with throughout my tenure at PH were great individuals.

      Cons

      basically everything - management structure, they don't really care about employees, it's a very us vs them mentality in just about everything. change is slower than molasses

      Backstabbing/harressment/bullying and threats made constantly by security supervisor to terminate employment which creates a hostile workplace
