      Competitive pay for the area, decent benefits, avoids Portland traffic, avoids Portland taxes if you live in WA. Unionized. Benefits to union. 100$ a month for union dues.

      Cons

      Poor prioritization of staffing retention. Med surg stretched thin with new staff. Hospital unwilling to match local inflation.
