Amazing opportunities for the right individuals who want to work hard and grow with the company. The opportunities for continued advancement are available to those who fit the position and put forth the effort required to excel. Too many people these days think they are entitled to a salaried handout and full benefits with no sacrifice or effort put forth on their part, or focus on growing themselves and their company. Those that want to grow definitely will with the leadership at the top of this company. Those that don't won't. Simple as that. This company has amazing leaders who always put their employees first and are very flexible in all situations. Never experienced a time when that wasn't the case. Even brand new employees are afforded opportunities to take the time they need for personal matters, which is a rare benefit. The leaders in this company all have open door policies and desire for every individual to succeed. Even those employees who struggle to find their footing are given many chances to improve and succeed in this company, which is hard to find. You are always given opportunities to improve and get back on track. Some of the best, most dedicated employees with Peak Fall Protection are those who could have been turned away but were given the opportunity to learn from their mistakes and grow into successful employees. If you are interested in learning a very strong industry with a solid, growing company, Peak Fall Protection is willing to train dedicated, hard-working, professional people!
Cons
One of the biggest complaints about Peak Fall Protection is the required travel, however, I believe this is a benefit. We travel all over the U.S., and you have amazing opportunities to see different places that you would never end up seeing otherwise. This travel is of course covered on the company’s expense, and I have never had to pay out of pocket for any of it. The company puts you in very nice hotels and provides daily travel compensation each week. Best of all, most of our work is on the very top of the nicest, tallest, coolest buildings in all the major cities – so again, it’s a PRO for me. However, if you are not an individual inclined to travel often, then Peak Fall Protection may not work for you. One con of the travel is sharing a room with coworkers. Most don’t complain, but if you want your space after a long day of work, it’s not very desirable to share a hotel room.
