- Flexible schedule (come in early to leave early) or work a weekend for a day off during the week - Relaxed office environment - Good health insurance - Partial gym membership reimbursement - Autonomy when it comes to managing workload

- Very low salaries with no raises. No yearly reviews. - Toxic work environment where certain employees inappropriate actions are overlooked and dismissed - No true HR department for complaints - Management can be rude and dismissive - No ability for growth, only lateral movements within company
