Cons
Human Resources does not take complaints seriously and ignores employee concerns. There was a low-level management employee (who only got the job through being friends with Mike Zucker) who would openly drink alcohol in the office and make inappropriate remarks/swear. (Keep in mind one of his main responsibilities was to visit tenants at different locations which he would have to drive to - so he is essentially driving while under the influence, upper management is aware of this and does not care). He would offer alcohol to underage interns and borderline harass female interns-with weird remarks or try to be touchy. This individual had multiple complaints against him brought to HR, but nothing was done. All they offered was to ask this individual to apologize to the interns.
